• Disrupting Service operations (e.g., DDoS attacks, spam distribution, malicious exploitation of vulnerabilities);
• Circumventing fee mechanisms or access controls;
• Manipulating platform systems (e.g., fake transactions, review manipulation, malicious clicking).
4.3 Prohibited Harmful Commercial Practices​
• Illegal marketing models (e.g., pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes);
• Undisclosed paid promotions or fake traffic transactions;
• Malicious defamation of competitors' business reputation.
4.4 Specifically Restricted Categories​Transactions involving items explicitly listed in the Prohibited List (e.g., weapons, ammunition, drugs, endangered species products, human organs) are strictly forbidden. This list is updated unilaterally by us, and you are obligated to review it periodically.

5.1 User Content License​You retain ownership of published content. For operational necessity, you grant us a global, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display your content (within the scope of the Services). This license terminates upon content deletion or account closure.
5.2 Reservation of Platform Rights​The software, algorithms, interface designs, databases, and trademarks ("TinyReno" and related logos) associated with the Services are our property or that of our licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. 8.3 Effects of Termination​Upon termination:

10.1 Severability​If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent judicial authority, such provision shall be limited or excluded to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10.2 Force Majeure​We are not liable for Service interruptions or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, riots, cyberattacks, government actions).
10.3 Assignment Restrictions​You may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement. We may assign this Agreement in its entirety to an affiliate or a successor in connection with a merger, division, or sale of substantially all assets, upon notice to you.
